Bill Payment

Benton City Water Supply Corporation offers a wide variety of convenient payment options for our members. Simply choose the option that best suits your needs.  Please have your account number or location number when making a payment to ensure your account is credited.

Online

Available 24/7, we offer Online Bill Pay using Visa, Mastercard and Discover credit or debit card. Click the green "Pay Your Bill Now" button. You can use the Quick Pay option with your account number or set up an online account using your account number and the phone number on your account.

By Mail

If paying by check or money order, please send with your payment coupon. This will ensure your payment is applied to the correct account. 

When using your bank's bill pay option, include your account number or meter number on the check.  

To avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least 7 business days before the due date specified on your bill.

 Automatic Draft

We offer two options for Automatic Draft - as a Bank Draft using a checking/savings account or a Token Payment using a credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard or Discover). With this service, your account balance is automatically deducted from your payment method and credited to your account. Automatic drafts are run on the 5th of the month, or next business day.

To set up Automatic Drafts:

• Set up your preferred method in your online account. 
• Or, you can set it up in-person at our office during normal business hours

In-Person

You may pay your bill in person at our office address Monday-Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. We accept credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard or Discover), cash, check, or money orders. Please make sure you have the bill or know your account/meter number. 

We also have a drop box by the front door with envelopes that payments can be dropped in after hours. Please make sure your payment coupon or your account/meter number is included so that is credited to the correct account.

Returned Item Fee

There is a $30.00 fee for returned payments. 

• If a check/draft is returned 2 times, payments must be made by cash, money order or credit/debit card for 1 year.
• If an automatic credit/debit card payment is returned 2 consecutive months, it will be removed without additional notice.
• If you are on automatic payments, review your monthly statement to ensure your payment processed.
