May 1st - Bill payment due (this applies to bills dated 04/18/24)

May 16th - Late fees applied at 8:00 am 

May 18th - New bills posted to account 

May 31st  - Last business day of the month - make sure past dues balances are paid before 4:30 pm to avoid past due fees and being put on the shut off list
