Three (3) at large positions ( Place 4, Place 5 and Place 6) on the Board are up for election this year. Each Place is for a three (3) year term. The corporation will make available director candidate application forms at the corporation’s main office and can provide applications by mail or electronically on request. The application must be filed with the corporation not later than 4:45 PM of the 45th day before the date of the election. The 2025 deadline for submitting candidate applications is February 21, 2025, at close of business day.
